Wavy by Nature: Returns & Shipping Guidelines

Wavy by Nature is a way of life, not just a line of clothes. Every item you purchase is a component of a creative concept based on uniqueness, self-expression, and limited-edition drops. Before placing your order, please read the following policy.

Processing orders for shipping
Orders are dispatched from the UK in 3–5 business days after being processed Monday through Friday. Once your order is en route, you will receive an email confirmation along with tracking information.

Shipping to the UK
Royal Mail ships all orders placed in the UK. After dispatch, the usual delivery time is two to four business days.

TRANSNATIONAL TRANSPORTATION
We use Parcelforce for international shipping. Delivery schedules differ depending on the location.

Important Information for International Customers

Please be advised that shipments from outside the UK can be subject to additional import laws, taxes, or customs fees. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are not covered by the total amount of your order. Any packages returned because they didn't meet your local customs regulations or had unpaid customs fees are not our responsibility. There will be no reimbursements under these conditions.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Unless we have made a mistake, all sales are final due to the nature of our business and our limited stock releases.

THE RETURN CONDITIONS

If your order arrived defective or incorrect:
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and unworn.
Within three to five business days of receipt and inspection, your refund will be applied to the original payment method. Duties, taxes, and original shipping costs are not refundable. Please be aware that as our stock is very limited and produced in tiny, exclusive drips, we are unable to give exchanges.
In order to account for wear, damage, or any decrease in the item's value as a result of handling after delivery, we reserve the right to remove appropriate amounts from any refund.
